“in terms of numbers we're talking certainly thousands of of complexes existence it's not it's not an amazingly rare protein right it's not incredibly abundant at all you know it's probably in the 100 to a thousandfold less than some of the most abundant proteins in the cell um but not their proteins are much much less abundant than that um and it's distributed actually quite evenly between mtor 1 and two at least in the cells that that we have looked uh in uh in in culture when you look across tissues in in a mouse or a rat it's actually pretty even across tissues as as as well”
