it's there are extremes on both sides and that you see the pendulum swing like with child birth you know there's this overmedicalization of ordinary life and then this swing back to avoid all doctors and hospitals and deliver at home with nobody and that is that's a dangerous proposition and so you see that frequently in the history of modern medicine and for the everyday consumer out there I think the flag should go up when something is put out there as a health recommendation with such absolutism as science evidence-based when really there's nothing to point to that should be a flag for everyday folks
