and i i tend to to view it in much more of the way of of thompson and cantley but i do think that seafree deserves a ton of credit for sort of bringing metabolism back into the conversation and it is as i said before you know i think everybody agrees that as as a cancer progresses you know the blood vessels no longer getting oxygen in the same way and that's that's clearly playing a role in terms of revving up fermentation uh so it's not necessarily either or but at the at the sort of core origin of cancer i don't see that the respiration damage is being sort of conclusive
