And what's interesting is that chronic elevation of cortisol in the body is actually anabolic to fat. Right? You accumulate fat. It's catabolic to muscle. muscle decays, uh, fat accumulates. It sounds like you're saying, okay, that's that's true from the neck down, but above the neck, chronic elevation of cortisol might have the opposite effect. It might actually be catabolic to fat and therefore it accentuates the fat loss. Is that am I hearing you correctly in that? Yes, I believe that's correct.
