so you drill a little hole in the glenoid fausa what's the diameter of that hole Yeah so it it depends on what kind of anchor you're doing usually roughly not more than 3 millimet and now we're down to 1.8 okay even three seems big three seems big but you that's what you fit the the plastic or the absorbable anchor in and that you just kind of tap in with the Mallet all of them you tap in with the Mallet and you're drilling into the bone you're drilling around here kind of this angle here and you have to get the angle right it's a very three-dimensional but you put them in so that you're drilling into hard bone and then the anchor inserts through that and so they're not circumferential no they're just straight in correct we used if we did them open we used to do them even with drill holes and a drill going through circumfer so what holds the anchor in is it just the pressure you're putting an anchor in that is bigger than the hole and so like a nail yes exactly and or a t not not a screw they not screwed
