sunlight we know can do it a little bit but we know we need some sunlight good radiation and just by being on the planet we get ambient radiation so that can break DNA what else can break DNA toxins well I mentioned a lot of drugs do unfortunately yeah a lot of molecules yeah so chemotherapy drugs are designed to break DNA many of them because cancer cells are more susceptible to broken DNA because they're trying to replicate so fast so unfortunately chemotherapy can accelerate aging and the clock some things that are avoidable a lot of x-rays I break DNA now we need x-rays occasionally but I wouldn't overdo it and CT scans will break your DNA and most CT scans are done because they're looking for something that could kill you but right I wouldn't I wouldn't have a CT scan for a rule any frivolous reason no huh but also there are chemicals in our environment you can't avoid them you can try to so there's the PCBs in plastic if you microwave plastic some chemicals the yellow dye in inkjet printers is a carcinogen it binds to DNA that's a really bad one don't don't lick freshly printed paper
