i i've always kind of seen it as we want to activate throughout our life i think we want to activate mtor throughout our life i think we want to have mtor on at certain times of the day i don't think we ever want zero m tour activation and i get a little worried about trying to completely abrogate mtor signaling because i think we want to maintain lean muscle mass we want to maintain bone density i think that we are i think that we are continually recycling and repairing our body and that it's okay to have mtor turned on throughout our life the signals that turn mtor on are are complex it's more than just leucine it's more than protein it's also exercise and so to say i think that i get a little worried about either but yeah well we could talk about that yeah i get a little worried about about you know too much concern about mtor because exercise turns on mtor and i think exercise is a healthy thing but we can talk about your views on that if you disagree — and then insulin also turns on mtor
