the general consensus amongst dermatologists amongst hair loss investigators is that diet is only supposed to be a negative regulator for hair loss outcomes which means that a really bad diet is going to exacerbate inflammation it's going to lead to nutrient deficiencies it's going to attack attack that that right side of the equation the hair shedding that's going to feed into and accelerate pattern hair loss but there's no evidence in the clinical literature that a great diet that is nutrient replete calorie repletes and and meets all of your demands for reducing allergens and inflammation there's no evidence thus far that that will stop or reverse pattern hair loss at best it will only slow its progression
