similar to sort of your focus on what's normal in men to describe what's most normal in women is a rhythmic contraction of the pelvic floor muscles. Um, it is there's four stages um to an orgasm. It starts with the excitement phase which is an engorgment of the pelvic tissues. There's increased blood flow. There's lubrication released by the skins glands and other glands of the vaginal canal. Then there's a plateau phase that is predominantly a neurotransmitter phase and a hormone release phase. You can stay in that for a variety of time periods. It's person and partnership dependent. There's the orgasm. Then there's the resolution phase.
