“I see patients that walk in with their MRI all the time and say I'm scheduled for this uh surgery in my shoulder or my elbow and um I'm scheduled for this by just my friend said I should just come get one more opinion and I say look I'm looking at you I examine them I do everything I go through and I say look I wasn't there at the time of your examination so I can't speak for what that person saw and what their their statement is but today based on your MRI your history and your physical exam which I've done I will not operate on you”
