an analogy that she i think probably presented before other people pretty makes sense analogy would be thinking of movement almost like like nutrition you know and so we can have these supplemental versions of fitness which again it's fine sometimes you know like scurvy that was an issue you know the sailors weren't getting enough vitamin c and it's like okay what do we need a supplement of some sort it's like oh well if you just bring a couple lemons or limes along boom nipped it in the bud
