I think light we could do a whole you know an hourong conversation just on light itself I think that that between our phones and our fake lights and and the lack of sunlight in our eyeballs the lack of actually walking in the dark I mean our eyes a muscle and so if we you know we go in the dark it opens up and then we go in the super bright light I mean I've been solar gazing probably for 25 or 30 years I'm I'm a big fan I'm a big fan of uh solar gazing I mean listen and also like for example your skin I told somebody you I go your Skin's not smart skin you know this the light has to go into your eye to tell your body that that you know that there's Sun out and then you make the melanin
