Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.

for me i feel best when i'm around 100 grams of carbs a day if i do too much more than that i just it doesn't really benefit me but i do feel like a lot of days having 100 grams of carbs from ancestrally consistent sources is a benefit for me personally i'll mix fruit honey or white rice depending on the day
