if you are metabolically healthy are you going to do best with a little bit of carbohydrates i believe so should you eat those at the exclusion of meat and organs absolutely not you still should make meat and organs the center of your diet that's been something i've talked about forever if you want to do periods of ketosis great do that but don't fear carbohydrates and don't fear fructose in the form of evolutionarily consistent foods
