we have a cohort that's emerged for us it's a cord that you know I'm very close to and it's who I consider to be representing one end of the spectrum of those people have gone on a low-carb diet and see their LDL not go up a little bit but go up so high that it's comparable to those people will have a disease known as familial hypercholesterolemia so we're talking LDL of not just you know 140 the starting level of those people who have this is 200 so an allele of 200 300 I've seen 600 yeah I think there's even somebody in the group that's 700 right let me know not a total right now LDL right but they but they likewise tend to have HDL that is super-high usually starting at 80 and going up many of them with super high levels of LDL will have an HDL even as high as like say 130 140 150 and very low levels of triglycerides
