again more evidence that perhaps if you don't make essential fatty acids for whatever reason whether you have a polymorphism in your delta 60 saturates or your magnesium deficient because you have metabolic dysfunction or you don't get enough magnesium because you're eating processed salt and you're metabolically unhealthy and you're never eating meat and you're just trying to get your magnesium from vegetables that actually don't give you much magnesium and they don't give you any taurine you're not making enough essential fatty acids and you're not making enough processed cyclins prostaglandins nitric oxide resolving lypoxins that could be problematic for you as a human
