I said I'm not sure that the magnesium and Cacao is very bioavailable because of the oxalates and the phytic acid so when I think about magnesium and food because this is a question I get commonly I'm an advocate for a diet that's meat and organs fruit honey and raw dairy as a basis and then people can add what works for them but as a baseline I'm I'm a fan of this animal-based diet there's no Greens on an animal- based diet people say where do you get your magnesium and I say actually I did this on chronometer and I showed this orange juice coconut water milk and meat in a day and I was getting you know over 400 milligrams of magnesium perhaps I and then maybe I'll spray it on my body as well with the spray and go in the ocean that's how I get my magnesium but I always wonder with the foods like with with chocolate specifically like if that magnesium is very bioavailable and then to get any specific any significant dose of magnesium from chocolate you're also going to get that with lead and cadmium
