coconut water has a good amount of magnesium and so I'm lucky to be in Costa Rica I can just get coconuts like all the time so most of what I drink is coconut water these days I don't actually drink water all of the low carbs I love you will will get get triggered at that but so be it but it's really high in magnesium and milk is actually pretty good for magnesium a couple cups of milk has a good amount of magnesium orange juice has a good amount of magnesium
