The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.
they tended to choose meat eggs organs and fruit
Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
meat was preferred as a protein source when they were sick in much larger quantities that animal foods of the highest quality were selected for protein invariably along with organ meats kids ate organ meats when they were not acculturated out of it and that they generally tended to prefer fruit over some of the other types of foods
I don't think you will ever have to fight your kids to eat meat a little bit of organs mixed in there maybe but hide it to eat eggs to eat fruit when they're old enough to eat honey to eat butter
i would offer the fruit second because they often will just want to eat the sweet fruit and then they will not eat enough meat if you give them the meat first they'll fill up on meat
