i think that they they may contain compounds that have biological activity in humans and also other compounds that have negative effects in humans and so as i mentioned earlier the position that i take is that i think that you we could get many of the benefits of eating these compounds by eating meat which actually contains many of these compounds with perhaps less of the defense chemicals
