So if we look at a hierarchy of nutrient presence, absolute amounts of nutrients and nutrient bioavailability, I would say meat and organs are clearly at the top of that hierarchy for absolute amounts of critical nutrients. Things like zinc, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin K2, choline, selenium magnesium calcium iron.
