grain finished cattle often has feed that is contaminated with those things paper stock which could have lining of plastic on it so the highest quality meat you can get is worth your investment what those cows are fed will accumulate in their livers and the livers are such a valuable part you want the cleanest liver you can get you don't want cows that are grain finished from lower quality farms you don't want to eat the meat you definitely don't eat the liver because it's possible those cows are fed paper stock and other things that are lined with plastics and that is how they are getting more of these pfases
