in my perspective plants are survival food and again none of us can know I'm hoping that I will be able to build a time machine but I may need your help with this because I don't have it working yet but when I build a time machine you and me and Sean Baker and Willie and Chris Bell are gonna go back in time him and we can see what people were eating and we'll do the research and we'll come back and we'll tell everyone maybe we'll just stay back there because it'll be better but who knows but until we have the time machine we can't really see so all of what I'm saying is conjecture but I would imagine that because animal foods are such a better source of these nutrients that we would only have eaten plant foods when we couldn't get animal foods but we're so cool as humans were so crafty evolutionarily that we can eat some plants and we can get some nutrients out of plans so we don't die if we can't get animals
