the latter is in my experience more important both are important so there's a mental acuity piece to that which is that your your your seat your catching the stretch distraction more quickly but if you're catching it and then self-flagellating you're it's the purpose yeah really does because you're you're teaching the mind that catching yourself getting distracted is gonna come with punishment so your sit in some ways like not incentivizing the mind to wake up but if you can train yourself to be like all right cut that welcome to the party distraction that's a much bomb your inner weather and I think that feeds on itself in a really positive way
