So I'm interested in how do you have stillness in the real world where you have bills to pay and, you know, a family and a house and neighbors and, You drive a car in traffic. Do you know what I mean? So how do you access stillness in the course of normal, real life? I think solitude and silence are a big part of it, but I'm thinking just the stillness of reducing expectations, reducing or extracting the unnecessary, locking into what you're doing, whatever it is, even if it's a minor thing.
