if you're a person that's stressed out you're going in to do a you know a really important meeting or a public speaking thing or your kind of date with a person that you're nervous about while you're in your car put yourself in a strong upright confident position which there's all sorts of associations with that if feeling better and you're your neuro chemistry producing in such a way that makes you feel more confident that no but also tap into your breath because it's one of the tools and emphasize a little bit longer exhalation maybe you can you do a breath hold at the end as well
