one I started working with a sports psychologists who introduced me to breath work and some level of mindfulness and the idea was because I mean early on in my fight career there was there was no issues I had ultimate confidence but now I'm at the UFC all these people are are as good you know as me if not better and that negative monkey mind chatter that comes up it was non-stop so how do I control that and the breath was really my first entry point into quieting my mind and finding some level of stillness at least right before the fight
