basically you're going to do do the breath in through your nose and then the breath out can be through the nose or through pursed lips and what you should ideally be doing is when you breathe in you want that breath to be from deep in the belly and at the same time you want to kind of contract all your perennial muscles you know kinda like a Kegel where you stop the flow of urine if you're urinating so when you breathe in you're going to kind of squeeze and then we need to breathe out you relax everything and it's typically a longer exhale than an inhale
