so you can go through and do like self-massage and kind of get in to all those different nooks and crannies in between the ribs and just find any place that feels stiff it feels stiff it feels rigid it should feel like supple like like hydrated and if it doesn't spend some time just kind of dig like slowly press your fingers into that place and same thing breathe from the inside out to your fingers maybe go through five breaths at each of those places
