first thing do is I just go outside I get grounded just makes me feel good to be barefoot on the ground I just just intuitively just feels good um so that's earth right and then I do some I I hydrate because we could lose up to a pound of water when we sleep through respiration and perspiration and I had uh Dr Lisa mcone who was a neuroscientist and nutritionist on and she was just saying like hey just just a 2% dip in hydration could have could could dramatically affect your cognitive performance and staying hydrated Bo your reaction time and your thingy speed upwards of 30% right because your brain is mostly water so I'll drink water with some kind of like structure in it like like electrolytes or something right but I'll get Earth I'll get water I'll get the Sun so I can reset my circadium rhythms um and then I will uh I will breathe you know and do some breathing just to get the just get some oxygen in our brain um and so that been that's simple and it's like 12 minutes
