they were specific mediterranean diets that half of the people in the mediterranean diet got a free liter of extra virgin olive oil per week that they were supposed to use up in a week and the other half got mixed nuts tree nuts that were almonds walnuts and filberts or hazelnuts so they were adding fat in the case of the nuts you know vegetable protein and when you when you do the multi-variable analysis on what correlated best it was the added fat it didn't increase saturated fat but it increased these healthy fats from these healthy foods
