I would say the Alain Prost was self-critical openly self-critical and and willing to accept a little bit of these fallibilities maybe and I think that in studies with sports psychologists they have identified the people who are the best people are more self-critical of themselves so that actually they see themselves as work in progress and they're always trying to improve or whereas the ones that have a problem of the ones that feel they've got it all and they don't need it they've got nothing else to learn and there's a kind of harder position and it's easier to fracture
