I think something we can do is we can look at the soundscape of our environment and use that as another tool of it gets a little bit more slippery but almost like a form of at least nervous system nutrition you know and maybe bring some wind chimes into your home or maybe get like a water burglar or some water sound or you know a what do they call them gray noise what's the noise yeah yeah white noise whatever maybe something that's you know play pay attention type of music that you have environment and the effect of that music has on you
