there's a there's a sort of a purity not in a good way but there's a because there's not confounding issues like intoxication and so on there's a there's a consistency and a purity to the disorders and so if you have someone with acute schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder other things that might confound what's going on have been removed and there's this very strong acute straightforward expression of the symptoms that's just mind-boggling to see if you haven't experienced it before
