The other thing I do in the morning is a little bit of deep breathing. It's definitely not Wimhof breathing. I don't like forced respiratory alkyossis. I'm not trying to hyperventilate. I'm trying to take slow breaths just to expand my lungs in the morning before I go surf. So I'll do like four 78 breathing, which is inhale for four, hold for seven, exhale for eight. I'll do a couple of cycles of that. Just deep breathing.
