we have these Mara neurons which are kind of in charge for empathy and imitation where we tend to just like if you're watching a movie you kind of feel what that Surfer is doing or what like you could feel it in your body and we tend to imitate the people around us mostly unconsciously and I always tell people watch because these are things that we imitate the w a lot of acronyms here hope people are taking notes words we tend to use the same language as the people we spend time with right uh shared language the a actions like whether you smoke or somebody smokes has less to do with their biological networks or their neurological networks has more to do with their social networks your friends smoke you're more likely to smoke right so your actions the tea and watch your thoughts we tend to have the imitate the same thought patterns as people selft talk as people around us the C is our character we maintain the same level of integrity and morality as the people around us because that effects and finally the H in watch habits we we have have the same kind of habits of the people around us often if if your friends work out and very active and you're more likely to do that also as well if they eat really right and do meal prep or whatever you're more likely to get engage in that habit
