when you look at the fantastic composition of obese and diabetic people it's not high in um polycetus it's high in saturates right and i i've never worked out why that's the case but it is the case um and uh we again just this morning i was looking at a an observational study on obese dogs and they were saying that the erythrocyte membranes are low in polyunsaturates and high in saturates but nobody's worked out that i've been able to find why overstretched adipocytes release saturated fats preferentially
