we don't know there's maybe one study i've seen that shows that the half-life of those polyunsaturated fatty acids in your cell membranes is long the half-life is six months maybe more if you mean which means pharmacokinetically you need four and a half half-lives at least to get rid of all of it so you're talking about two and a half years to get rid of those polyunsaturated fatty acids
