if i thought about what was happening at the level of the fat cell what was happening at the level of the adipocyte it made way more sense and the reason i say that is because at the level of the fat cell if the fat cells get too big they just start spewing out free fatty acids and that is really the one of the things they spew out saturated fats not polyunsaturates
