so removing carbs will result in clinical improvement in my opinion but it did not cause the problem if you have that wood burning stove open and there's no fire burning in there and you throw wood in it nothing happens okay nothing happens if you have the door open and you throw carbs in there's no fire nothing happens so or if the door is you know you guys get the idea like you have to have a spark and i think that there's a real important distinction here what does this look like clinically for people it means that in those people who are medical metabolically broken if you have an elevated fasting insulin if you've worn a cgm and you've seen some postprandial uh insulin resistance that looks like postprandial glucose that will not lower and i'm going to show you guys some cgm's in a moment then you can pretty much say like you are you have metabolic dysfunction lowering carbohydrates will be great in the short term but as as you know karen is saying it doesn't work long term because it's not the root of the problem and you will run into problems women invariably will run into problems i can't say invariably there are women out there who claim that they're doing fine but the majority of women that i have seen and worked with will run into problems eventually with this
