some people will tell me they eat more calories on a ketogenic diet or they feel like they are but they're still losing weight but I think if they really track their macros they would see that they've actually been adhering to a calorie deficit but it may have fixed many of the maybe pre-existing metabolic problems they had maybe they've got microbiome maybe maybe they've started working out and put on muscle which like the metabolism so there's there's a lot of things going on from a metabolic physiology perspective and from a hormonal perspective that needs to take to need to be taken into account and these will impact the long-term success and trajectory of the benefits you'll get from this dietary intervention
