the crossover point for blood lacta and F oxidation it's a very high or usually in the elite athletes very far to the right um right so and then of course in the moderately fit people it's looks like it's closer to maybe 80 Watts EXA and in the unfit individual it's about 125 watts person with metabolic syndrome
