there's a very nice I think it's a finished paper where they looked at people with differing levels of metabolic health so from people who are completely healthy and then as they accumulated the number of signs or symptoms of metabolic syndrome then they're circulating endotoxin went up and then the way that they checked over over time was they gave them a heavy cream to drink and then they saw their endotoxin go up and if it's if the more the closer you are to metabolic disease then sort of the bigger the spike and that the larger the area under the curve
