and so for someone like you who does not fatten that easily you can probably eat a lot of carbs and as long as you're very very active and you keep a good muscle uh body muscle percentage right you're going to be able to utilize that glucose and we'll we'll only know what's what's happening to you because of your the fructose load in your diet we'll only know what's going to come of that with your edible and experiment in 5 10 20 years we'll find out won't we whether that turned out to be healthy or not there are many people who would opine that's probably not going to be a good thing long term to ingest that much fructose on a daily basis but we'll see maybe maybe you're right maybe I'm wrong
