So, that's a mismatch. We're designed to be motivated to seek out these foods and we have to expend energy to get high calorie foods. say like we would have maybe gotten honey and that would have been super rewarding and we only would have had a little bit and then we would have ran around and spent those calories and now we have you know you can just get your chocolate bar. So that's a mismatch situation that's maladaptive.
