I think that there's some statistic I've heard you've heard this like when we're born the composition of our cardial lipen is massively different than it is later in our life that when we're born the majority of our cardi lipen is saturated and monounsaturated fats I believe and then as we go through life we just accumulate more polyunsaturated fats in our cardi lip and and we just get we get leakier and leakier membranes we get more and more fragile fences between these two compartments and it just gets to be crappier and crappier and and you can see this and and in fact you can see this in the breast milk of moms and then in the kids that it changes throughout our lifespan the more lenic acid wheat yeah yeah
