So the first thing I do when I travel with this is I have a band like this, right? Just a rubber band. And you can use varying thicknesses. And I'll come in and I'll do these overhead kind of they're called shoulder dislocates. And you can vary the width of your grip based on your flexibility. I try and move the grip closer and closer because that's going to really stretch my shoulders. And you want to obviously keep a straight arm here. You don't want to bend your elbows.
