sirtuins are nad dependent enzymes which is why there's this why there's this whole thing about nad and nmn right now so an NR so there's nicotinamide right aside there's 2 NM n these are precursors to nad so when you're looking at redox potential when you're looking at it ad yes you are and you're sirtuins are AD Isetta lays family of enzymes they act as deacetylases meaning they turn other genes on and they turn on genes involved in insulin sensitivity and like anti-inflammatory mechanisms essentially they turn on genes like the Fox Oh series of genes people may have heard of that ffs oxo their stock to 3 but you can talked about anyway so they turn on a series of genes and in the process of doing that they're sirtuins use up nad which must be recycled in the body and then more nad comes back to keep the sirtuins going
