So, so in in this in this um area of NAD consuming enzymes, there's PARPs. PARP one was kind of the first one that was described, but there another 15 or 16 members of the PARP super family. Many of them don't polymerize ADP ribos, but they modify proteins with ADP ribos. So they they they cut NAD and they add an ADP ribos unit on something to do a signaling reaction.
