and there are and even taking a step back as far as why the seeds and nuts have high amounts of polyunsaturate unsaturated fats it's for the same reason seeds are the reproductive part of the plant and they need to be able to get through a cold winter or cold Cool Spring in order to germinate and they can't die they need to be able to live throughout that time and polyunsaturated fats are great for that
